Extime
Au contraire de l'intimité, " Extime " parle de partage excessif. Dans cette courte vidéo, tout se détériore et se brise progressivement, encourageant les gens à partager aussi lorsque des mauvaises choses se produisent. L'écran est divisé en 6 parties, affichant plusieurs vidéos et photos en même temps, de façon dynamique. L'objectif est de guider le regard vers différentes parties de l'écran et de maintenir l'attention du spectateur.
As opposed to intimacy, « Extime » is about oversharing. In this short video, everything gradually deterioriates and breaks, encouraging people to share when bad things happen as well. The screen is divided in 6 parts, displaying multiple videos and photos at the same time, in an appealing way. The aim is to lead the eye to different parts of the screen and to keep the viewer’s attention.

En hommage à ma grand-mère, cette vidéo de 6 minutes raconte son histoire et partage certaines de ses plus importantes leçons de vie.
Basée sur ses écrits, son histoire est lue à voix haute tandis que des photos et des archives défilent sur un écran noir, d'une année à l'autre. Il s'agit d'un récit de la vie civile pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et d'autres expériences de vie, qui transmettent différents sentiments tout au long de la vidéo, grâce au rythme et aux effets visuels. J'ai utilisé un design minimaliste pour mettre en valeur la narration qui est l'élément clé du projet.
In tribute to my grandmother, this 6-minute video tells her story and shares some of her most important life lessons.
Based on her written work, her story is read out loud while photos and archives flash up on a black screen, from one year to the next. It consists of an account of civilian life during WW2, and other life experiences, which convey different feelings throughout the video, thanks to the rythm and visual effects. I used a net and simple design to highlight the storytelling which is the key element of the project.
